LIABILITY

Kiwi Rescue Limited its Directors and Shareholders take no responsibility and exclude liability for the following:

Misuse of the line launcher. Misuse includes but is not limited to:

Launcher operation by:

• An untrained person

• A person under the age of 16 years

• A person under the influence of drugs including alcohol, or experiencing any other physical or mental impairment

• Any person not approved by the Line Launcher owner or owners trained authorised representative.

• Any use for which the Line Launcher was not designed (and intended use)

• Any use other than in accordance with the Instruction Manual.

Kiwi Rescue Limited and its Distributors exclude liability of any form of loss, consequential or otherwise, for any damage or injury caused by the Line Launcher during intended use or otherwise, to any person, property or other, in any way whatsoever.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Kiwi Rescue Limited warrants the Line Launcher and accessories supplied by Kiwi Rescue Limited to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of sale.

You automatically receive a one-year manufacturers warranty on this product covering parts and labor for servicing from date of purchase within the country of purchase.

Kiwi Rescue Limited undertakes to:

Repair, or at its sole discretion, replace without cost to the owner either for material or labor any part of the Line Launcher product, excluding Rescue Pod and Line, which is found to be defective within one year of the date of purchase, on receipt of proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover;

• Service calls which are not related to any defect in the product.

• Defects caused by factors other than use in accordance with the instruction manual.
